Parses a single transformation DSL statement into a Transform.

The first word is always the command. Later keywords introduce named clauses: using supplies transform-specific configuration such as a date format or concat separator, by supplies a parse/search strategy such as firstIn, lastIn, onlyIn, or exact, and into names the output column. Quoted values are literals; parser rules use literals for free text and patterns where punctuation or spaces should be preserved.
