Hardware authenticator type (user authentication type).

Corresponds to the Tag::USER_AUTH_TYPE authorization tag, which uses a tag ID value of 504.

ASN.1: userAuthType [504] EXPLICIT INTEGER OPTIONAL. Present in key attestation versions 1, 2, 3, 4, 100, 200, 300, 400.
