The full server codec that combines the correct encoder and decoder.

Use this codec if you need to implement a server that speaks the memache binary protocol. Internally, it combines the BinaryMemcacheRequestDecoder and the BinaryMemcacheResponseEncoder to request decoding and response encoding.
